1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the gomk8 platform, including the website at gomk8.win, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting via the gomk8 sportsbook, online slot games, Fisher Game titles, account management, and payment processing functions. The operator of the gomk8 platform ("gomk8", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

gomk8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds remaining in the account reviewed in accordance with applicable responsible gaming and anti-fraud procedures.

Malaysian players note: gomk8 operates under an international gaming authority licence. Online casino gambling is not regulated under Malaysian domestic law. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting services on the gomk8 platform, you must create a single, personal gomk8 account. The following conditions apply to all gomk8 accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active gomk8 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Accurate information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current at all times.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gomk8 login credentials. gomk8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify the gomk8 support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Identity verification (KYC). gomk8 may require verification of your identity, age, and payment methods at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Non-transferability. gomk8 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account credits to any third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the gomk8 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gomk8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks, subject to availability.

• Deposits. Deposits are credited to your gomk8 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. gomk8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as specified on the platform. gomk8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary based on the selected withdrawal method.
• Source of funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your gomk8 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. gomk8 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus funds. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• No interest. gomk8 does not pay interest on account balances under any circumstances.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the gomk8 sportsbook and all wagers made in the gomk8 Casino and other game sections are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply across all gomk8 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. gomk8 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on events that were cancelled or suspended at the time of placement.
• gomk8 reserves the right to apply bet limits, including maximum bet amounts per market, per event, or per player account, at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a live game session or sportsbook market, gomk8 will endeavour to resolve affected bets in accordance with its standard technical failure procedures. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gomk8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms where applicable.

gomk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the gomk8 bonus system, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the gomk8 platform:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using the gomk8 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Colluding with other players or gomk8 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the gomk8 platform on behalf of a third party or as a commercial service.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the gomk8 platform software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gomk8 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, audio, video, and game content, is the property of gomk8 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gomk8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of gomk8.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gomk8 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gomk8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if gomk8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The gomk8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

gomk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; failure to complete identity verification; engagement in prohibited conduct; or at the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities. In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons unrelated to breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gomk8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the gomk8 platform that cannot be resolved through the gomk8 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing jurisdiction. 12. Amendments to These Terms
